Pricing

Rates for our private tours start from £575 per day for an SUV (1-4 passengers).

We have access to a range of vehicles, including luxury saloons, estates and minibuses. Group size and luggage volume will dictate suitable vehicles.

Dates & locations:

Day tours start from Inverness between April and October. In winter, they start from Edinburgh.

Multi-day tours can start and end from anywhere in Scotland.

Long day surcharge:

A standard day is up to 9 hours. Extended days of up to 11 hours incur a £45 per-hour surcharge.

Overnight surcharge:

For multi-day tours, a £150 fee will be added for each overnight stay to cover our accommodation and food costs.

If your accommodation is within 20 miles of Inverness, Fort William or Glencoe, no fee added.

Deposit:

A 15% deposit is required to secure a tour.

What’s included:

• A modern vehicle + driver/guide.

• Accommodation pick-up and drop-off.

• All parking charges & fuel costs.

• A bespoke itinerary.

What’s not included:

• Personal costs: food & drink, attractions etc.

• Ferry costs (if your route includes ferries).

• Accommodation (for multi-day tours).
