Our travel itineraries, whether bespoke, pre-made downloads, or Google Maps, are final sale due to their digital nature.
No refunds or exchanges will be offered under any circumstances.
Why? Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical items. For this reason, I’m unable to issue refunds.
Pre-purchase questions: If you’re unsure whether a particular product is right for you, please contact us here before making a purchase. I’m always happy to help guide you toward the best choice for your trip.
You may also be interested in our shipping policy, which states that all products are digital and delivered via email with a link that is accessible for a limited time. If your link has expired or the product has not arrived, please check your junk mail first. If you still require help, contact me, and we will resend your itinerary as soon as possible.
If you have any questions about your purchase through our store, please contact me immediately; we will do everything possible to assist you. Please allow 48 hours for a response; note that we do not work on weekends or holidays.
