Our travel itineraries, whether bespoke, premade downloads, or Google Maps, are final sale due to their nature as digital downloads.

No refunds or exchanges will be offered under any circumstances.

If you have any questions about your purchase through our store, contact me immediately; we will do everything possible to help. Please allow 48 hours for a response; note that we do not work on weekends.

You may also be interested in our shipping policy, stating that all products are digital and delivered by email via a link that is accessible for only a limited time. If your link has expired or the product did not arrive, contact me immediately; we will resend your itinerary as soon as possible.
