MORE ABOUT Spain

Pristine beaches, vibrant cities, national parks, soaring mountains - Spain is a country of diverse landscapes and ancient history, wrapped in warm people and delicious food. It’s impossible not to fall in love with Spain, its vibrancy and culture.

Beach, City Breaks & Charming Village

Of course, you could be forgiven for thinking a trip to Spain is only for beach holidays and sangria, a stereotype that may be true in some over-zealous resorts. But look deeper and you’ll discover the real Spain, one that will change your perspective on this favourite holiday destination; instead a country brimming with history and extraordinary destinations. Whether you want a city break, island oasis, coastal village, or adventurous escape, a trip to Spain will deliver in bucket loads.

ROAD TRIPS

Whilst it’s easy to fly into Spain’s biggest cities for a weekend, or to the coast for a holiday - the best way to discover Spain is undoubtedly on a road trip. See as much or as little of everything Spain has to offer, from the Andalusia hilltop villages to spectacular coastlines in both the north and south, with a stop in a spectacular city like Seville, Barcelona, Valencia, or Madrid.

Spectacular coastlines

Once you’ve seen the history Spain’s towns and cities have to offer, it’s time to head to the coast. The Spanish coastline is over 8,000km long, so there’s plenty of seaside destinations to choose from including villages along the wild waters of the Atlantic and havens on the calmer blue waters of the Med. No matter what part of the coast you choose, the beaches are guaranteed to be some of the best in the world. In the north, the Asturias and in the south, the Costa de la Luz are some of my personal favourites. Cute coastal villages scattered along the coastline, with swaying palms and lively beach bars, clifftop hikes, and exceptional beaches.
