5. Bespoke Itinerary Planning Services

Client Responsibilities, Communication Standards & Right to Terminate

5.1 Provision of Information

To deliver the agreed itinerary services, clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information in response to Wander Somewhere’s requests. If the client fails to provide the information required and the scope of the itinerary increases materially as a result, Wander Somewhere reserves the right to:

• charge a reasonable administration fee to reflect additional work; or
• cancel the service and refund the fee minus a reasonable administration deduction.

5.2 Reasonable Client Conduct

Clients are expected to engage with Wander Somewhere in a courteous and professional manner. Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Wander Somewhere reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately in such circumstances, and a partial refund may be issued at Wander Somewhere’s discretion, reflecting the proportion of work completed.

5.3 Communication Expectations (Wander Somewhere)

Wander Somewhere endeavours to respond to client emails and enquiries within 48 business hours during standard working hours. Wander Somewhere operates Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Responses outside these hours are not guaranteed.

Support included with itinerary services is pre-trip planning support only. Emergency or last-minute travel assistance — including issues arising once your trip has commenced — is not included in the service and may not receive a response within the standard timeframe.

If the Client requires urgent, time-sensitive, or out-of-hours support, this must be expressly agreed in writing in advance and may incur additional fees.

5.4 Communication Expectations (The Client)

It is the responsibility of the client to respond to itinerary drafts, requests for information, or questions that are reasonably required by Wander Somewhere in order to progress or complete the itinerary service. If the Client does not respond within two (2) calendar weeks of the communication being sent, the itinerary and any associated services will be deemed complete, and the project will be closed.

Should the Client wish to resume planning or make further amendments thereafter, this will be treated as a new engagement and may be subject to an administrative fee of £50, along with any applicable service charges. Wander Somewhere may waive or adjust this time frame or fee at its sole discretion, where prior written agreement has been made.

5.5 Right for Wander Somewhere to Terminate

If at any point Wander Somewhere determines that continuation of the service is not feasible — including due to unreasonable client demands, repeated scope changes, or breakdown of communication — Wander Somewhere may terminate the agreement. In such cases:
• the client will receive a reasonable refund, reflecting the proportion of the contracted work not yet delivered;
• Wander Somewhere will have no further obligation once notice has been issued.

5.6 Indemnity for Client-Organised Elements

Clients remain responsible for any bookings, payments, or arrangements they choose to make independently. Wander Somewhere has no obligation to resolve disputes between the client and any third-party providers, nor is it liable for any resulting losses.

6. Unavailability of Services
